Job summary

TrendAI, the AI security unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Strategic Account Manager to lead growth in Queensland. You will partner with technology leaders, win new business, and collaborate with technical, channel and marketing teams to plan go-to-market strategies and exceed targets.

You will own territory, manage complex deals, and guide customers from initial demo to deployment, ensuring long-term customer success and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT sales experience in QLD, selling to senior leaders in complex deals.
• Ability to explain technology in business terms.
• Understanding of market including cloud, digital transformation, IIoT and local regulation.
• Growth mindset and collaborative working style.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with CIOs and CISOs and understand business success metrics.
• Find new customers and grow existing accounts across QLD.
• Set clear territory and product strategies to grow market share.
• Guide customers from first demo through implementation and beyond.
• Run account reviews to improve customer experience and uncover next steps.
• Keep CRM data accurate for reliable forecasts and plans.
