Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing or production; defense/aerospace preferred.
• Strong knowledge of MRB processes and engineering disposition.
• Ability to obtain Australian Government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary design engineering point on the production floor for assigned programs.
• Represent the design authority at MRB meetings with Quality and Manufacturing.
• Resolve production process blockers, design ambiguities, and drawing interpretation issues in real time.
• Provide rapid-response engineering support and RCA for nonconformance resolution.
• Identify systemic design issues and elevate to core Design Engineering teams.
