Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to bridge design intent and production execution on the factory floor. This senior individual contributor role requires deep technical judgment and autonomous work in fast-paced production settings.

You will drive systemic improvements by reducing nonconformances through design changes and documentation, and you will influence both design engineers and production teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in engineering within manufacturing/production.
• MRB processes and nonconformance management experience.
• Experience supporting multi-site production or transfers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design engineering contact on the production floor for assigned programs.
• Represent the design authority at MRB and coordinate with Quality and Manufacturing.
• Resolve production blockers and design ambiguities in real time with engineering judgement.
• Provide RCA support to Production, Quality, and Test teams for nonconformance resolution.
• Identify systemic design issues and drive corrective actions with core teams.
