Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with defense/aerospace exposure preferred.
• Strong ability to interpret GD&T drawings and explain design intent to production.
• Experience with MRB processes and nonconformance management.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary design engineering contact on the production floor for assigned programs and product lines.
• Represent the design authority at MRB to minimize hold time while preserving safety and integrity.
• Resolve production blockers and drawing interpretation issues in real time with engineering judgement.
• Provide RCA and disposition decisions for nonconformances, including repair or scrap.
• Identify systemic design issues and propose corrective actions.
