• Experience resolving design ambiguities and drawing interpretation issues in real time.
• Ability to drive systemic improvements across product versions and sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary design engineering contact on the production floor for assigned programs and product lines.
• Triage MRB actions and drive resolution timelines to minimize production hold time.
• Resolve production blockers and provide rapid-response engineering support to multiple teams.
• Identify systemic design issues and escalate with data-backed recommendations.
