Hungry Jack’s is hiring a dedicated trainer to support crew development across our Australian restaurants. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead shifts, deliver coaching, and model outstanding guest service while promoting safe working conditions.

You will drive a guest-obsessed culture, provide on-the-job leadership training, and contribute to sales through exceptional service and suggestive selling. This role offers career progression within our restaurant network.
