Job summary

Hungry Jack's is seeking an enthusiastic trainer, coach and mentor to lead crew development in our NSW restaurant. You will drive guest-obsessed service, coach team members, and role-model exceptional standards while promoting a safe, inclusive workplace.

You will partner with Restaurant Management to deliver on-brand training, support career progression, and help achieve sales targets through strong service and suggestive selling.
