Job summary

Hungry Jack's in Australia is seeking a trainer, coach and mentor for crew, reporting to the Restaurant Manager. You will lead shifts, deliver coaching and model our Guest Obsessed service ethos.

You will promote safety, support sales through outstanding service and training, and help build an inclusive, high-energy team. The role offers flexible hours across casual, part-time or full-time terms with staff discounts through Jackpot.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or hospitality is required.
