Job summary

Hungry Jack's in New South Wales is seeking a dedicated trainer to coach crew members and uphold our 'Guest Obsessed' and 'People Power' values. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will lead shifts, deliver on-the-job training, and promote safe service standards.

You will model exceptional guest service, support sales through suggestive selling, and participate in national marketing initiatives to enhance customer experience while fostering an inclusive team environment.
