Job summary

Talent seeks a proactive Service Coordinator to support NSW service operations. You will work closely with customers and field technicians to keep service requests moving, coordinating technicians and parts, and ensuring timely, professional support.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will manage requests from enquiry to completion, log calls, and maintain records in internal systems. ASAP start for a six-month contract, with extension possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling.
• At least six months in a customer service role.
• Strong telephone communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Proficient with Windows and internal IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests through to completion within agreed service levels.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians, considering location and efficiency.
• Log calls and maintain customer records.
• Respond to customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of progress.
• Follow safety and company procedures.
• Provide handover and cross-training as needed.
