Job summary

Sydney Core Holes is seeking a Service Coordinator to support our field technicians and clients from our Sydney office. You will handle bookings, inquiries, quotes, and work orders, while coordinating with project managers and technicians to keep schedules aligned and documentation accurate.

Ideal candidates bring experience in service coordination or administration, with strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler or Administration role.
• Experience within construction, trades, civil, plumbing, utilities, or related industries (preferred).
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks while remaining calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience using ServiceM8 or similar job management software (highly regarded).

Responsibilities

• Booking and confirming client appointments
• Managing incoming phone calls and customer enquiries
• Preparing quotations and work orders
• Liaising with clients, project managers, and field technicians
• Monitoring technician movements and ensuring efficient scheduling
• Preparing reports and documentation for clients
• Following up outstanding quotations and customer enquiries
• Maintaining accurate customer records and job information
• Assisting management with operational administration
• Providing exceptional customer service from enquiry through to job completion
