Job summary

SmartTech is seeking a dedicated Scheduler / Service Coordinator to join our team in Caringbah, NSW. The role involves liaising with clients, scheduling field technicians, and coordinating with commercial and service teams across Australia.

You will pro-actively schedule resources, confirm job requirements, and support monthly revenue forecasting. The position offers a permanent full-time contract, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking and a potential annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service industry is highly desirable.
• Exposure to accounts, mobilisation, service or supply chain support is desirable.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to help others.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Exceptional customer service, phone manner and a can-do attitude.
• Highly organised with ability to prioritise, multi-task and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with MS Office and aptitude to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Proactively liaise with clients to confirm job requirements and handover documentation.
• Assess and match required skillset and availability of resources to job requirements.
• Schedule technical resources and assets in line with processes and systems.
• Report on work scheduled and available resources to assist monthly revenue forecasting.
• Provide general administrative support to day-to-day operations.
