Job summary

Talent Corp in NSW is seeking a proactive Service Coordinator to support its service operations. Working with customers and field technicians, you will help move service requests from enquiry to completion and ensure timely, professional support.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will schedule technicians, respond to queries and maintain accurate records across internal systems. This is an initial six-month contract with an ASAP start and potential extension.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination or scheduling.
• Minimum six months in a customer service environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage priorities.
• Proficient in data entry and typing speed 40 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Manage service requests from enquiry to completion within service levels.
• Schedule and coordinate technicians, considering location and efficiency.
• Allocate spare parts based on fault diagnosis.
• Answer customer enquiries professionally and resolve routine queries.
• Log calls and maintain customer records across internal systems.
• Manage escalated calls and raise customer concerns or service issues.
• Keep customers and stakeholders informed of progress.
• Follow company procedures and safety requirements.
