Job summary

Morgan Consulting Idibu in Adelaide is seeking a Service & Parts Co-ordinator to support service and sales operations across South Australia. The role suits someone with experience in service-based environments such as automotive, forklift, or heavy equipment where ongoing maintenance is crucial.

You will coordinate customer maintenance schedules, assist service operations, and provide essential administrative support to keep the branch running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an administration, service coordination, or customer support role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduled servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance activities for customers across South Australia.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure equipment service requirements are met.
• Raise and manage job cards and service documentation.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide outstanding customer support.
• Prepare and issue quotations for service work and spare parts.
• Coordinate spare parts orders and availability.
• General warehouse duties, loading and unloading of products and parts.
• Process purchase orders and invoices and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Maintain service schedules and customer information.
• Provide general administrative support to the branch as required.
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
