Cummins in Adelaide is seeking an experienced Service Administrative professional to support the Service team at our local branch. You will coordinate documents, input data, create POs, process invoices and log technician hours for service jobs.

You will administer customer portals, support training needs, and help open jobs with guidance from the Service Advisor. A collaborative, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated administrative experience in Automotive, Construction or other Trade related fields.
• Experience of delivering first class customer service.
• Demonstrate care and attention to detail.
• Confident with Microsoft Office suite and working across different databases and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Co-ordinate administrative requirement primarily with Service team.
• Create PO's for service team.
• Processing invoices for service department.
• Enter technician hours on jobs as required.
• Administer customer online portals and training requirements for the service team.
• Open jobs for service team as required with support from Service Advisor.
• Gather and maintain information in centralised databases.
• Attend meetings as required internal and external.
• Assist with project related administration including forward ordering of parts and equipment as required, preventative maintenance and tooling.
