Job summary

HMPS Propac is seeking a Spare Parts and Service Coordinator to support Adelaide operations. You will coordinate service requests, manage spare parts orders, and ensure accurate invoicing in a fast-paced, mechanical environment.

You will liaise with technicians, stores, and customers to deliver efficient service, accurate records, and high customer satisfaction. This role offers development opportunities within Australia’s leading machine manufacturer.

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, administration, or customer service.
• Solid understanding of mechanical spare parts or technical service environments.
• Experience with ERP systems, sales order processing, and invoicing.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service requests, technician scheduling, and customer communication.
• Manage end-to-end spare parts supply from enquiry to dispatch.
• Raise and manage sales orders for service and parts.
• Prepare and issue accurate and timely invoices, ensuring all work is captured.
• Track service jobs through to completion and close-out.
