Allclass, a Queensland-born Kubota and Merlo dealer, is seeking a Service Coordinator in Yandina. You’ll link customers, technicians and Parts, coordinating service and repairs and keeping jobs moving efficiently through the workshop.

The role suits someone organised and customer-focused, with experience in service admin, scheduling or related fields. Join a busy team supporting reliable workshop operations and warranty administration.

Formación

• Experience in a customer service, coordination, scheduling or administration role.
• Strong communication and confidence dealing with customers.
• Excellent organisation and ability to keep track of multiple jobs at once.
• A proactive approach—follow-through and problem-solving.
• Good attention to detail and administrative accuracy.
• Ability to learn and use computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate bookings for machinery servicing and repairs.
• Be a key point of contact for customers throughout the service process.
• Create, manage and track service repair orders.
• Liaise with technicians regarding progress, priorities and timeframes.
• Keep customers informed of progress, delays and completion dates.
• Work with Parts team to coordinate parts for service jobs.
• Prepare invoices and finalise job documentation.
• Assist with warranty administration and service documentation.
• Maintain accurate customer and service records in the dealership system.
• Identify preventative maintenance and additional service needs.
• Support the Service Manager with workshop workflow.
