Job summary

Absolute Diesel Services in Maryborough is seeking a Service Advisor to join our team. You’ll be the main contact for customers, coordinate bookings, prepare repair orders, and liaise with technicians and parts staff to keep workshop priorities on track.

We value clear communication, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude. Previous service-advisor or workshop administration experience is preferred, with warranty knowledge a bonus.

• Mechanical or automotive industry knowledge is highly regarded.

You'll play an important role in keeping our customers happy and our workshop running smoothly as a Service Advisor at Absolute Diesel Services, a growing dynamic business specialising in heavy diesel repairs, servicing and maintenance. You'll work alongside other experienced Service Advisors in a fast-paced, supportive environment where teamwork, communication and getting the job done right really matter.

Key responsibilities
