Job summary

RGM Maintenance in Townsville invites a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating workshop activity and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

As an authorised Daimler Trucks dealership, we work across Mercedes-Benz, Freightliner and Fuso vehicles — along with defence vehicles, tankers and specialised equipment. No two days are the same.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day coordination of workshop operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer enquiries face-to-face, by phone and email
• Booking and coordinating workshop jobs
• Preparing repair orders and job documentation
• Liaising with technicians and parts departments
• Processing invoices and quotations
• Providing customers with updates on repairs and job progress
• Maintaining accurate records and administrative systems
