About You:
- You are organised, customer-focused and thrive in a fast-paced automotive environment. With exceptional communication skills and strong attention to detail, you can effectively manage multiple priorities while delivering a high level of service to every customer. You take pride in building positive relationships, keeping customers informed throughout the service process, and ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
- Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor, dealership, or automotive environment is highly regarded.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- A professional and friendly approach when managing customer enquiries and service bookings.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing job cards, invoices, and service documentation.
- Ability to effectively communicate service recommendations and vehicle updates to customers.
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians and other departments.
- A current and valid driver’s licence.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Service Manager, you will partner closely with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for both internal and external customers.
- Build strong customer relationships by keeping customers informed throughout the service and repair process.
- Provide customers with accurate advice on vehicle servicing, maintenance requirements, and available service options.
- Coordinate service bookings and assist in managing workshop schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Liaise between customers and technicians to ensure clear communication and a seamless service experience.
- Verify customer requirements have been met and ensure satisfaction upon vehicle collection.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, enhance customer experience, and support business growth.
- Maintain accurate service documentation, job cards, and customer records.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and with a solutions-focused approach.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive service department success.
