South Central Truck & Bus, part of the CMV Group, is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our valued customers in Adelaide.

In a busy workshop, you will greet customers, document repair orders, define work scope, manage bookings, liaise with technicians, prepare quotes, process payments and explore additional service options.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive, transport or service-based environments preferred.
• Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Confidence managing customer expectations and coordinating multiple jobs.
• Enjoy helping people and finding solutions.
• Calm, practical approach in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsabilités

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will:

What We’re Looking For
