Penske is seeking a Service Advisor for the Hazelmere team to act as the key link between customers and workshop operations. You will manage bookings, coordinate repairs and drive service and parts sales while keeping customers informed throughout the repair process.

Ideal candidates will have strong mechanical aptitude for heavy vehicles and proven experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-focused role.
• Strong mechanical aptitude for heavy vehicles.
• Knowledge of Detroit Diesel, Western Star or MAN is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to multitask and work with Microsoft Office.

We are seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our Hazelmere team, acting as the key link between our customers and workshop operations. About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, coordinating workshop bookings and repairs, and identifying opportunities to maximise service and parts sales. You'll work closely with customers and workshop staff to ensure jobs are completed efficiently while keeping customers informed throughout the repair and maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and front counter
• Confirm workshop bookings and maintain regular communication with customers regarding job progress
• Prepare and follow up quotations in a timely manner
• Process job openings, closures and invoice administration

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Administration or similar customer-focused role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of heavy vehicle operations
• Knowledge of Detroit Diesel, Western Star or MAN products will be highly regarded
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
