Qualifications

• Experience in a Service Advisor or workshop administration role.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing focus.
• Genuine team-first attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Confidence using computers and workshop management systems.
• Mechanical or automotive industry knowledge is highly regarded.
• Warranty experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly, professional contact for customers.
• Manage bookings, schedules and workshop priorities with fellow advisors.
• Prepare and manage repair orders, job cards, quotations and invoicing.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Liaise with technicians, parts staff and management to move jobs along.
• Assist with manufacturer warranty claims and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure jobs are completed start to finish.
• Help deliver a professional, positive customer experience.
