Job summary

• Willingness to work Saturdays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across channels (in person, phone, email).
• Create customer appointments and book service, maintenance and repair work.
• Monitor vehicle progress and provide regular updates to customers.
• Quote repair orders accurately and maintain pricing transparency.
• Collaborate with service team, workshop staff and parts department to meet customer needs.
• Build rapport with customers and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain high attention to detail and organisation; work both in teams and independently.
• Training will be provided to support your development.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our Service Department as a Service Advisor. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the needs of our customers are met and satisfied. This role involves working closely with our frontline service team, workshop staff, and parts department to coordinate service appointments and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service across all channels, including written, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
• Create customer appointments and book all service, maintenance, and repair work efficiently.
• Monitor vehicle progress throughout the day and provide regular updates to customers.
• Cost repair orders accurately and ensure transparency in pricing for customers.
• Work collaboratively with the service team, workshop staff, and parts department to meet customer needs effectively.
• Quickly build rapport with customers and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain excellent attention to detail and organization in all aspects of the role.
• Work well within a team environment while also being capable of completing tasks autonomously.
• Some Saturday work may be required as part of the role.
• Training will be provided to support your professional development and success in the role.

Requirements
