Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist – Application Solutions to drive growth in Brisbane. You will build trusted client relationships and uncover opportunities across Professional Services and Application Managed Services, working with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI and Microsoft.

You’ll own assigned accounts, develop new business, manage pipelines and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to deliver value and outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in software or tech sales with account management experience.
• Experience shaping solutions around business needs.
• Strong CRM and forecasting using sales tools.
• Ability to manage opportunities and pipelines across multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, sales or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
• Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business to identify current and future opportunities.
• Generate demand by helping clients identify their needs and articulating how services can deliver value.
• Progress qualified leads and develop opportunities within accounts.
• Build enduring client relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
• Collaborate with vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate resources to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using sales tools and methodologies.
• Support client satisfaction and maximise retention while minimising churn.
• Apply sound commercial, financial, governance and risk awareness.
