Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist – Application Solutions to build trusted client relationships in Brisbane. You will own assigned accounts, develop new business, and retain client relationships while connecting client needs with technology and services.

Focus areas include Professional Services, Application Managed Services, and solutions across ServiceNow, Salesforce, Data & AI, and Microsoft.

Qualifications

Proven experience in technology or professional-services sales.
Strong ability to develop and manage client relationships.
Experience turning client needs into solution proposals.
Proficiency with CRM tools and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for new business, expansion and renewals.
Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, strategy and environment to identify current and future opportunities.
Generate demand by helping clients identify their needs and articulating how relevant services and solutions can deliver value.
Progress qualified leads and proactively develop opportunities within your accounts.
Build enduring client relationships and become a trusted point of contact.
Work closely with technology vendors, partners and internal stakeholders to progress opportunities and deliver client outcomes.
Coordinate internal and external resources to advance and close sales opportunities.
Manage opportunities, pipeline and forecasts using sales tools and established sales methodologies.
Support strong client satisfaction throughout the buying lifecycle while helping maximise retention and minimise churn.
