Lendi Group is seeking a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement to turn sales strategy into practical, cross-channel initiatives across Retail, Mobile and Inside Sales. You’ll partner with sales leaders to build programs, tools, processes and insights that coach brokers and boost performance.

You’ll embed new GTMs, improve sales processes and turn performance data into targeted actions, working with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes that support growth and customer outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years across Sales Enablement or related commercial roles.
• Proven ability turning priorities into practical enablement programs with measureable impact.
• Strong program management capabilities across cross-functional initiatives.
• Analytical skills and experience using performance data, dashboards and KPIs to guide action.
• Experience improving or embedding sales processes and operating rhythms.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to align teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex information for frontline teams.
• Continuous improvement mindset in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Aufgaben

• Translate commercial priorities into practical enablement programs with clear actions, ownership and measures of success.
• Map broker and customer journeys, identify friction and craft plays, tools and coaching guides.
• Embed GTMs and change with adoption plans for new propositions, products and processes.
• Build AI capability and help leaders embed approved AI tools into workflows.
• Equip sales leaders with tools, insights and resources to coach performance.
• Turn data into action by using leads, pipeline and KPI insights to target improvements.
• Cut through noise by delivering concise, actionable communications for leadership meetings.
• Drive continuous improvement through pilots and retrospectives across teams.
