Job summary

Simpro Group is seeking a Product Enablement Manager to bridge Product and field teams, turning roadmap updates into role-specific training for customer-facing colleagues across the Simpro Group.

You will design certification programs, tailor content for Sales, Implementation Consultants and Support Engineers, and drive launch readiness with analytics and AI-powered assets across time zones.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in technical product enablement, solutions engineering, or technical project management within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Practical experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation for technical and commercial audiences.
• Hands-on experience building LMS-driven certification programs, technical assessments, and sandbox lab environments.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, engineering teams, and customer-facing teams across a multi-brand or global group.
• Comfort working across time zones in a distributed field organization.
• Nice to have: Salesforce, Articulate or Asana experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect Group-Wide Enablement: Partner with Product Managers and PMMs from early roadmap design through GA across the Simpro Group ecosystem.
• Deliver Tier-1 Certifications: Design and execute training and certification programs for major releases.
• Empower Technical & Commercial Teams: Tailor enablement programs for Sales, Implementation Consultants and Support Engineers.
• Translate Complex Tech into Assets: Turn product specs into interactive enablement, demos, battlecards, e-learning, and quick-ref guides.
• Support Launch KPIs: Provide project management support for major releases and adoption goals.
• Executive Visibility: Track certification metrics and deliver real-time readiness dashboards.
• Leverage AI Workflows: Use AI tools to generate, adapt, and scale learning assets and documentation.
