hipages is seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist to empower our sales team with onboarding, content, and training programs. You will manage enablement tools, curate playbooks and collaborate with marketing, product and QA teams to keep materials current and aligned with campaigns.

You’ll coordinate trainings, certifications and learning paths across a high-velocity, B2B sales environment, while supporting logistics and stakeholder coordination for ongoing development.

Formación

• 3 years’ experience in sales enablement or related roles.
• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Experience building training docs, knowledge bases, onboarding checklists.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience facilitating training or workshops for groups.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate onboarding experiences for new sales members, including evolving toward asynchronous, e-learning models.
• Coordinate and track training sessions, certifications and learning paths.
• Coordinate and deliver ad-hoc sales training across product and processes.
• Maintain a centralised repository of sales collateral and enablement tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and product to align messaging and campaigns.
• Support enablement logistics and cross-functional coordination.
