Job summary

Deel is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to build and scale enablement programs across global teams. You will equip client-facing groups with knowledge, resources, and training to drive performance and alignment with Deel's strategic objectives.

This strategic role emphasizes coaching, program design, and measurable impact on productivity and onboarding outcomes. You will collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to tailor enablement solutions, lead training

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, training, or a related field.
• Minimum two years working with Sales, Support, Onboarding, Customer Success, Payroll or Product.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enablement programs that drive performance.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to align on objectives and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enablement programs to drive high performance across client‑facing teams.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify audiences, training needs, gaps in skills, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain training programs, resources, and documentation for onboarding and continuous learning.
• Lead e‑learning or live training sessions and monitor onboarding progress.
• Implement and manage tools and technologies that enable team success, such as enablement platforms and training tools.
• Analyze team performance data and report progress against KPIs to stakeholders.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing training for new hires and existing team members.
• Support creation and management of knowledge-sharing platforms for easy access to information.
• Ensure enablement initiatives align with Deel’s broader business strategy.
• Provide coaching to leverage resources to improve performance.
