Pet Circle is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Sydney-based role with a fully remote team. The position is full-time (38 hours per week) and involves phone-based, live chat and email support to our pet-loving customers.

You will work with CRM and ticketing systems, handle inquiries, and strive to deliver delightful resolutions while building trust and loyalty with customers and their pets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with customer requests.
• Experience using CRM, ticketing and order management tools.
• A proactive communicator who resolves issues quickly and courteously.
