Pet Circle is seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist to join our frontline team, delivering best-in-class service in a high-volume contact centre. You’ll be phone-first with some live chat and email, handling delivery queries and product recommendations while building trust with every pet parent.

This Sydney-based, remote-friendly role requires a minimum of two years’ experience in fast-paced environments, plus comfort with CRM and ticketing systems.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven environment handling customer requests.
• Experience with online systems and web technologies (CRM, ticketing, order management) is ideal.
• CRM, ticketing systems and order management software familiarity is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume contact centre.
• Handle phone-based, live chat and email queries (delivery, product recommendations).
• Build trust with pet parents and create lasting relationships with Pet Circle.
• Own customer problems through resolution and seek best outcomes for customer and Pet Circle.
• Apply root cause analysis to recurring issues and share insights for improvement.
• Contribute to process and knowledge improvements across tools and workflows.
