Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking a Customer Specialist to support our pet-loving community. This is a remote, home-office role with a 38-hour week and a rotational roster, working between early and late shifts.

You will handle phone, live chat and email inquiries, delivering tailored solutions and building lasting relationships with customers and their pets. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, results driven environment handling customer requests.
• Fast learner with experience using online systems and web technologies (CRM, ticketing, order management).

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service in a high-volume contact centre.
• Interact predominantly by phone with some live chat and email responses.
• Handle delivery enquiries, product recommendations and complex requests.
• Provide efficient resolutions and build loyalty and advocacy.
• Own customer problems through to resolution and identify root causes for improvements.
