Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist to support our pet-loving community from a home office in Sydney. This full-time role (38 hours) covers phone, live chat and email interactions, helping customers with delivery queries, product advice, and order issues.

You’ll work in an autonomous remote team, using CRM and ticketing tools, aim to resolve queries first time, and build lasting relationships with pet families while meeting KPIs and contributing to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a fast-paced customer service role.
• Experience with online systems (CRM, ticketing, order management) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in high-volume contact centre environments, mainly phone-based with chat and email.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while building loyalty and advocacy.
• Build genuine connections with customers and pets, guiding them to the best solutions.
• Own customer problems through to resolution and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to KPIs such as CSat and NPS and share insights for process improvement.
• Remain open to feedback and coaching to support team goals.
