Job summary

Pet Circle is assembling a highly autonomous remote Customer Specialist team. You will support customers via phone, live chat and email, resolve inquiries, and drive loyalty across Australia and beyond. A strong emphasis on data-driven service, continuous improvement and exceptional pet-owner engagement marks the role.

You will work from a home office with a flexible schedule on a rotational roster, contributing to KPIs and a positive, pet-loving customer culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ professional experience in a fast paced, results driven environment handling internal or external customer requests.
• Experience working with online systems and web technologies (CRM, ticketing systems, order management software) is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best in class customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment.
• Handle phone-based queries with some live chat and email responses.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers, providing efficient solutions.
• Apply root cause analysis to recurring issues to fix problems at the source.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools and knowledge.
