Job summary

Pet Circle is seeking a dedicated Customer Specialist to support customers across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines from a home office. You will handle phone, live chat and email inquiries in a fast-paced environment, delivering helpful, timely resolutions and building lasting relationships with pet parents.

You’ll work a 38-hour week on a rotating roster, joining a remote, autonomous team with strong emphasis on continuous improvement, training, and delivering high CSAT and NPS scores.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Experience handling internal or external customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class customer service in a high-volume contact centre.
• Handle calls, live chat and emails to resolve enquiries and product recommendations.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and advocacy.
• Own customer problems through to resolution and find best outcomes for all.
• Apply root-cause analysis to recurring issues to prevent repeat problems.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across processes, tools and knowledge.
