Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services, technology, cybersecurity or related field.
• Exposure to cyber security and cloud technologies.
• Experience supporting customer engagements and pre-sales.
• Strong written communication and ability to develop clear documentation.
• Commercial awareness and ability to balance customer outcomes with business objectives.
• Effective stakeholder engagement with technical specialists and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support development of tailored solutions for enterprise and government customers.
• Collaborate with technical specialists and business leaders to build customer solutions.
• Translate customer requirements into deliverable outcomes and pricing models.
