Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems and deliver modern mobility solutions. You will design, implement, and support iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 environments, providing expert guidance to customers and internal teams.

You will collaborate across locations, drive improvements, and mentor less experienced staff while ensuring service excellence and alignment with ITIL processes and best practices.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT industry, with ~5 years in mobility roles.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience leading teams and guiding customer-focused projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems.
• Provide end-to-end governance for Mobility solutions across deployments.
• Design, implement, and support iOS/Android/Chrome OS environments.
• Develop design documents and build customer environments with Modern Management tools.
• Deliver proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and change management.
