Datacom in Canberra is seeking a Mobility Specialist to manage enterprise mobility environments and deliver end-to-end EMM solutions. You will configure and support iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows devices, lead technical deployments, and work across teams to ensure high-quality customer outcomes.

You will build expertise in Intune, WS1, MobiControl, and related platforms, while maintaining strong service delivery, reporting, and stakeholder communication across projects and customers.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT managed services or mobility support is required.
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Familiarity with enterprise mobility management (EMM) tools and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems with minimal direction.
• Deliver services to customers in line with SLAs.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to junior staff.
• Create design documents (HLD, DDD, LLD) and deployment guides.
• Build and configure customer environments using Intune, WS1, MobiControl and related tools.
• Support incident resolution and change management in line with ITIL processes.
