Job summary

Datacom in Australia is seeking a Senior Mobility Engineer to lead day-to-day operations of enterprise EMM systems, deliver end-to-end mobility solutions, and guide customers through modern managed environments with best-practice guidance.

You will leverage deep knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows 10, apply best-practice processes, and mentor junior staff while travelling to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• 7 years IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider.
• 5+ years in a mobility role.
• Deep knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1 (SEG/UAG/ENS) and/or Microsoft Intune administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems and deliver services per SLAs.
• Travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences as required.
• Provide proactive monitoring, incident resolution support and change management for client environments.
• Lead technical design discussions and create design documents (HLD/LLD).
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to pre-sales scoping and governance.
