Job summary
Datacom is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join our Intelligent Workspace team in Melbourne. You will manage day-to-day operations of customer EMM environments, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences and guiding deployments of Intune, WS1, and MobiControl across iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows.
You will collaborate across teams to design, deploy, and support modern mobility solutions, while providing leadership in incident resolution, reporting, and continuous process
Qualifications
- You will have ~5 years IT industry experience, preferably in an IT managed service provider.
- Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, AD, DHCP) and enterprise applications.
Responsibilities
- Deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs using approved tools and processes.
- Provide day-to-day operational support of customer systems, including monitoring and incident handling.
- Lead design and build efforts for mobility deployments (Intune, WS1, MobiControl) and document designs (HLD/LLD).
- Train and mentor less experienced staff to improve overall team competence.
- Prepare accurate reports and ensure timely updates to records and tickets.
- Assist pre-sales with scoping and provide governance across iOS/Android and Chrome OS environments.
