Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Mobility Specialist in Australia to manage day-to-day EMM operations, driving exceptional customer experience and implementing modern managed solutions. You will design, build, and support environments across Intune, WS1, MobiControl, and related platforms.

You will bring 5 years in IT with 2+ years in mobility, strong knowledge of iOS/Android/macOS/Windows 10, networking basics, and experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, WS1, and Intune. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ IT industry experience, with approx. 2 years in a Mobility role.
• Excellent knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Good working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS and Enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs.
• Be available to travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences.
• Operational support of customer systems including monitoring and incident resolution.
• Creation of design documents (HLD, DDD and LLD) and build customer environments using Intune, WS1, MobiControl.
• Provide governance to iOS/Android deployments and Google Chrome OS devices.
• Lead technical aspects of deployments and change control in line with ITIL processes.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to less experienced staff to improve competence.
• Produce accurate reports and contribute to project and pre-sales activities.
