Datacom is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join the Intelligent Workspace team in Australia. You will manage day-to-day EMM operations (Intune, WS1, MobileIron) and ensure exceptional customer service across iOS, Android, MacOS, Windows 10 environments.

You will contribute to deployment projects, support incident resolution, and provide governance for mobile device management implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualificações

• 5 years IT industry experience, preferably in an IT managed service provider.
• Approximately 2 years’ experience in a Mobility role.
• Excellent knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
• Strong working knowledge of networking and TCP/IP, AD, DNS and Enterprise applications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Customers EMM systems with minimal direction.
• Ensure exceptional customer experience for Datacom’s EMM customers.
• Provide governance to all implementations and changes affecting iOS/Android devices and Chrome OS devices.
• Lead technical design and deployment activities for mobility projects.
• Support bid responses, product briefings, and training of Datacom staff.
