Job summary

Datacom in Australia seeks a Senior Mobility Engineer to lead the day-to-day operations of enterprise EMM systems and to design and support end-to-end mobility solutions for customers. You will guide transitions to modern managed environments with best-practice guidance at every step.

In this senior role you will build and support iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 environments, deploying Intune, Soti, WS1, JAMF, and Apple Business Manager.

Qualifications

• 7 years IT industry experience
• approx. 5 years in a Mobility role
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems
• Experience with MDM solutions and enterprise device management

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems
• Provide end-to-end mobility engineering services
• Configure and manage EMM stack (Intune/Soti/WS1/JAMF)
• Develop design documents (HLD/LLD)
• Support incident resolution and changes with ITIL practices
• Travel to customer sites and conferences as required
• Mentor less experienced staff and ensure capability improvements
