Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Mobility Specialist to lead the day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems and drive high-quality service delivery. You will work across Datacom’s Intelligent Workspace team to design and support end-to-end mobility solutions, helping customers transition to modern managed environments.

You will bring 7+ years in IT, deep knowledge of iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows 10, and hands-on experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1 or Microsoft Intune.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT industry experience, preferably in an MSP
• Strong knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems
• Experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1 and/or Microsoft Intune is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of customer EMM systems and ensure SLA-driven service delivery
• Travel to Datacom and customer sites as required; provide technical leadership on deployments
• Provide governance for iOS, Android, and Chrome OS device environments and support incidents, problems and changes
