Job summary

Datacom Brisbane is seeking a Mobility Specialist to join our Intelligent Workspace team, delivering end-to-end mobility services. You’ll manage customer EMM environments, ensure a superb user experience, and collaborate across Datacom to implement modern managed solutions.

You’ll bring about 5 years in IT, strong knowledge of iOS/ Android/ MacOS/ Windows 10, and hands-on experience with MobileIron, Google Admin, VMware WS1, and Microsoft Intune.

Qualifications

5 years IT industry experience, preferably within an IT managed service provider.
Excellent knowledge of iOS, Android, MacOS and Windows 10 operating systems.
Strong working knowledge of networking: TCP/IP, AD, DHCP, DNS and enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Operate day-to-day mobility services with minimal direction and SLAs.
Travel to Datacom, customer sites and conferences as required.
Provide incident resolution support and perform standard/non-standard changes.
Create design documents (HLD, DDD, LLD) and contribute to deployment plans.
Lead technical aspects of solutions in deployments and refresh projects.
Document risks, issues, and governance for mobility implementations.
