Job summary

Datacom Sydney is seeking a Mobility Specialist to manage day-to-day EMM operations across iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows 10 environments. You will work with Intune, MobileIron, and WS1, delivering services with SLAs while guiding customers on best practices and optimizing deployments.

You will travel to client sites and Datacom locations to support projects, leverage ITIL processes, and mentor junior staff in mobility technologies and governance.

Qualifications

• 5 years IT industry experience, MSP background preferred.
• 2+ years in Mobility or Unified Endpoint Management roles.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android/MacOS/Windows 10 environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver services to customers in accordance with SLAs.
• Travel to Datacom or customer sites and conferences as needed.
• Provide operational support for EMM systems and incident resolution.
• Create and maintain design documents (HLD/LLD) and runbook updates.
