Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Perth is seeking an experienced Senior Client Advisor to deliver exceptional luxury customer service, using product knowledge, selling skills and client follow‑up to build strong client relationships and drive sales.

You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding individual sales and clienteling targets, while supporting and coaching the team to maximise sales performance. You will also assist the Management team with store opening and closing procedures and help ensure the

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong product knowledge and consultative selling abilities.
• Experience using CRM systems and basic computer tools.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual net sales targets through strong client relationships and Tiffany standards.
• Assist clients with product selection using consultative selling.
• Build lasting client relationships via personalised service and proactive clienteling.
• Drive client retention and repeat business through follow‑up and relationship management.
• Represent the Tiffany brand with professional presentation and luxury service standards.
• Handle client inquiries and issues professionally and swiftly.
• Collaborate with boutique team on initiatives and store objectives.
• Support Advisors through coaching to strengthen selling skills.
