Job summary

Tiffany & Co. is recruiting Senior Client Advisors for our Sydney stores.

You will deliver the Tiffany Experience by providing exceptional customer service, delivering strategic selling, product expertise, and proactive follow-up to achieve and exceed individual sales plans. As part of the team, you will mentor and coach colleagues, support store opening/closing duties, and help ensure an outstanding luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably in jewelry
• Previous expert selling experience
• Demonstrable problem-solving ability
• Excellent communications skills – verbal and written
• Strong computer skills – Word, Excel and CRM
• Flexible working availability, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment
• Gemology Certificate/Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute on pre-determined individual Annual Net Sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and executing the Tiffany Touch
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using consultative and strategic selling skills
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions
• Learn and execute practices to achieve high client repeat rate
• Embody and inspire the highest luxury standards in presentation and behavior
• Manage customer issues/complaints
• Become an active member of store team to support store initiatives and the company
• Ensuring health safety and welfare of yourself and others at work and complying with safety systems
• Support Advisors in achieving sales plans through mentoring and coaching
