Job summary

Tiffany & Co. in Bondi Junction, Australia, is seeking a Senior Client Advisor to deliver the Tiffany Experience with strategic selling, product expertise and proactive client follow-up.

You will drive sales by cultivating relationships, mentoring junior advisors, and supporting store opening/closing duties while upholding the highest luxury standards. Two years of luxury retail and gemology knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years retail experience, preferably within the jewelry industry.
• Gemology certificate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal and written.
• Strong computer skills—Word, Excel, and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute pre-determined sales plan by cultivating strong customer relationships and delivering Tiffany service standards.
• Assist customers with merchandise selections using strategic selling skills and Tiffany training.
• Cultivate customers with personalized interactions and high client repeat rate.
• Mentor and coach Client Advisors to achieve sales plans; support store opening and closing duties.
• Ensure health, safety and welfare at work and compliance with safety systems.
• Be an active member of the store team and support company initiatives.
